Sometimes we want to capture very small sized video to quickly send to other people for various reasons including but not limited to: - Debugging - Quick preview - Save storage space - LoFi for fun - Quick sharing on social media. - Different picture / video dimensions. This app allows user to choose a range of lower resolution and even custom resolution down to 20x20 pixels! E.g. I sometime just want to report a problem to my developers about some issue with an app, and i really don't need 4K or Full HD for that... I want LOWER resolutions.
