This app is used to quickly calculate whether you should rent or buy a house/apartment in every state. Simply enter either the rent or the total cost of house to see equivalence results. For example, in the state of AZ, if your rent is $1112 dollars or more, you should buy a house under $350k because that is the equivalent house price if you live there for 5 years. For advanced users, change parameters such as interest rate in settings.
