User can create an account for free and establish a connection using Ble technology. It is advisable to turn on Bluetooth and GPS location on the phone. The user location will not be tracked. The compatible vehicles are all the electrical vehicles produced by Platum. The app is available in different languages and user can chose the language of his choice.
