The Awakened Citizen features a map of organizations and initiatives offering help to migrants, and international and domestic volunteering opportunities to everyone. Our aim is to inspire positive change in society with quality integration through solidarity and working together! We do that by using the experience gained through international volunteering to solve problems migrants go through when arriving to a new country. The app allows you to: • Add your organization/initiative to the map for better visibility and easier networking; • Search for organizations and initiatives using filters; • Find help with migration related questions; • Find a place to volunteer and help your community; • Get involved in an international volunteering program; • Participate in local programs offered all over Europe; • Keep up to date with news from the fields of migration and international volunteering; • Read about the experience others had with international volunteering and migration.
