You need to have [ADB debugging] & [Apps from unknown sources] activated on your FireTV (located in [Settings] - [My Fire TV] - [Developer options]). If the menu entry is not already available please press the select button on the device name in [My Fire TV] - [About] 7 times. 2. Make sure the phone / tablet is in the same Wi-Fi network as the FireTv. 3. Use the scan button on top to discover available devices in your network or set the ip manually in the app settings. The ip address of your FireTv can be found in [Settings] - [My Fire Tv] - [About] - [Network]. 4. Try to connect using the plug button
