The MyElectrica application allows you to manage your Electrica Furnizare customer account from a smartphone or tablet. Top features: - Sending the self-read index - Secure online payment of invoices - Viewing issued invoices and their status - Viewing payment history - Viewing the consumption graph - Customer account management (adding/removing customer codes and consumption points) - Enabling electronic invoices - Locating customer relations points - Online support To authenticate, you will use the same data (e-mail address + password) that you normally use to log in to MyElectrica web (myelectrica.ro). If you do not have a MyElectrica account, you can create one quickly and easily right from the application, using a valid email address, along with the customer code and consumption point number (NLC), which you can find on your service invoice. The application may request permission to make phone calls, access your location, and send notifications and alerts regarding your account information. The application will not access or process any other personal data other than those agreed upon when concluding the energy supply contract with Electrica Furnizare SA.
