GE RFS is one of ECI's robust mobile apps for service technicians working in the field. Designed to work with only the 22.04 version of GlobalEdge, this version includes integrations with select third party facility management companies which eliminates duplicate entry by the technician. This app includes RFS+ functionality which allows the technician’s locations to be monitored by their office staff, resulting in more efficient and productive routing of calls. Notifications to site customers provides visibility when the technician is en route to their establishment.
