About Null App

This application does absolutely nothing. It was originally created for Android development and testing. It is useful for testing application condition detection, app launching and killing, and auto task killer priority management. Unlike other "nothing" apps, this actually does what is described. There is no blank window. There is no UI, and the app icon is transparent.
