In 2010, the beautiful idea of a women's clothing boutique sprouted in the hearts of two cousins. Courtney Thompson and Meagan Richardson pursued this dream and established Nellie Mae Boutique, inspired by their great-grandmother Nellie Mae Jeffreys, in 2011.
