About Computed Tomography

The app provides basic knowledge in the use of industrial computertomographs and is a handy reference for the most important terms in this field. Among other things, the course teaches basics in handling x-ray radiation, the procedure of a measurement up to reconstruction and subsequent evaluation. In a glossary, technical terms such as beam hardening, binning and defocusing are also explained.
