The 2025 guidelines “Regional anesthesia in the patient receiving antithrombotic or thrombolytic therapy: American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine Evidence- Based Guidelines (Fifth Edition)” published in Regional Anesthesia & Pain Medicine. 2.
